Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a key labelling different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional images disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
